<p>HubSpot is so packed with features and customisation options that it will take an average SMB employee a few days to learn how to navigate the platform.</p><p><br></p><p>For example, to create a email segment/ , there are literally hundreds of filters you can choose from, which can feel rather overwhelming. And even if you only plan on using Marketing Hub, you have access to other products in the suite - operations/ sales/ content etc, which can feel excessive.</p><p><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">But once you're past the initial learning curve, most key processes are generally quite intuitive.</span></p>

There are plenty of tutorials and helpful prompts, like the "Help me design my email" button that opens an AI assistant, and suggestions like "Help me get started with contact tags." The platform offers many templates, and processes like importing contacts are easy to follow.</p><p>However, because of its many features and customization options—like testing up to eight versions of an email or using advanced dynamic content—there can still be a learning curve.</p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">There's no doubt that Klaviyo can help execute super complex marketing automations - but we don't think it's as beginner-friendly as some of the other tools we tested. Along the same vein, the onboarding process is a bit scant - there's not much by way of tutorials or step-by-step pop-up guidance, most processes are self serve through their help centre. Once you wrap your head around their interface however, the rest is a breeze.</span></p>

<p>We were not so impressed by the slow page loads - even with only 100 contacts, loading times were 3-4 seconds per page, making the platform frustratingly slow at times. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Another thing to note is that the design is not fully responsive, sometimes text escapes containers when browser window is shrunk.</span></p><p><br></p><p>In terms of interface, SendGrid is very plain, but clean.</p>

There's an extremely sophisticated editor and personalisation options, especially with its website builder. You can always bring custom code for the ultimate style customisation.Custom fields are also supported.</p><p><br></p><p>Finally, there's the ability to create rather advanced custom reports and dashboards.</p>
