| Functionality | 5 <p>Bordio is a minimalist project management tool. In line with this it doesn't offer a large suit of functionality. It lacks task dependencies and some basic automation which we would expect from this kind of tool. However, the time-tracking, internal documents and task management tools are all strong.</p> | 5 <p>The functionality, where it exists, is strong. For example, creating dependencies in the gantt view is very easy and nicely customisable. However, there are features which GanttPro really misses. Most notably, there is a real lack of automation features. The closest that GanttPro comes in the ability to set a personalised reminder a set number of days before a deadline. However, generally, if you have lots of tasks you will spend a lot of time closing them or moving them to different statuses. All things would save valuable time if done automatically.</p> |

| Customisability | 2 <p>Bordio lacks any more complex customisations. There are no automations to customise and no custom reports. However, there are some more simple, but useful customisations. These include colour-coding different types of tasks and adding custom fields and tags to each task. One strong customisation feature is are project templates. Here a template is created by you saving a project as a template.
