<p>On our trial account we could not view past or upcoming events from our linked calendar in the Goodmeetings platform. You can't query the AI <em>ad hoc</em> - you need to update the configuration of the insights widgets and then re-run the insights</p>

Of the customizable insights, only the Pitch report comes with a pre-built configuration (Call opening, Agenda Setting, Client Sentiment and Engagement, Objection Handling, Client Questions, Closing and Next Steps) with a note on Client Intent to Convert, and an overall meeting score. The Meeting Report and 'Autofill' sections come blank, for you to customize by building out the AI prompts.</p>

Realistically you will need expert RevOps leaders inhouse and some help from Clari's services team over the course of days and weeks while you customize the setup releative to your CRM, playbook, customers and industry.</p>
