Avoma is a great note-taker, with accurate transcription and thoroughly grounded summaries, follow-ups, sales framework scoring and Q&A capabilities. Unusually it also offers call scheduling. With a busy front end and a lag in page loads, the user interface is sadly disappointing and feels somewhat dated. We found the CRM integration to be limited as well. For businesses with no sales coaching set-up, and who could benefit from a well-trained AI run coaching for users, it could work.
