Capsule stands out in two areas. First, its Chrome Extension makes it easy to track past interactions, add tasks, and create contacts right from your inbox. Second, it offers project pipelines alongside sales pipelines, so you can manage projects directly within the CRM.
Outside of these features, though, Capsule feels a bit lackluster. Essentials like email sequencing aren’t included - you’ll need to purchase “Transpond,” a separate marketing platform, to fill the gaps. Capsule is worth considering if you’re bundling it with Transpond as a simple, integrated sales and marketing suite, but on its own, it’s pretty basic.
