However, Effy lacks everything else you'd expect from a performance management solution - no 1:1s, pulse surveys, engagement tools, goal management, analytics, or other standard features. Effy, especially with its always free tier of up to 5 seats, could be great for a lean team or manager wanting to explore basic performance reviews with AI assistance. For anything more comprehensive, you should look elsewhere.
