Jiminny has a focus on AI-driven sales coaching through crunching data from abstracted meeting transcripts. It surfaces insights from the performance of your reps in meetings, (automated call scoring), team insights and deal insights. You can use your own sales playbook relevant to your industry and customers and customize Jiminny to run that playbook on meetings. In addition you can track and score your top-of-funnel and run some level of deal forecasting and risk analysis.

Exceptional visibility into sales conversations

We found Jiminny's Live Coaching feature particularly impressive, allowing sales colleages to silently join video calls without disrupting customer interactions. This is invaluable for onboarding new sales hires and providing immediate feedback on coachable moments post-call.

Advanced deal risk monitoring
We were impressed by the customizable deal risk tracking system that allows teams to set specific trigger points for crucial deal moments. This enables quick action when risks arise, such as competitor mentions, with customization available at team level - perfect for global sales teams with local specialties.
Comprehensive team performance analytics
We found the Team Insights feature provides exceptional depth in analyzing sales performance, offering detailed metrics across calls, emails, and talk ratios. The system effectively tracks topic frequency and provides pipeline-filtered insights for better team management.
