Klenty is a powerful and rounded sales tool tailored towards mid-market businesses. It's outbound functionality is strong, offering support for a wider array of channels than most competitors, and it also offers a decent native contact database (unlike some larger competitors). We also appreciated how well executed its AI features were from AI call transcript analysis to full on AI SDR style workflows which you can set up. As such, Klenty is best suited to mid-market businesses with a high outbound volume looking for an all-in-one sales tool.
