Key findings

Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) lives up to its name as one of the simplest, most straightforward CRMs out there. It’s great for storing contacts, tracking communication, and setting up tasks and reminders for you or your team—but that’s pretty much the extent of its functionality.

While it’s easy to use, at $15 per user/month, it’s not great value for what you get—especially when compared to feature-packed alternatives like Bigin or Freshsales. It might work for solo entrepreneurs or small teams with very basic needs, but larger teams will likely want to explore more robust options.

Pros

Exceptionally Easy to Use
We found the interface remarkably intuitive with just four main tabs and a clean layout. The minimal feature set means any SMB employee can start using it immediately without training, making it perfect for teams prioritizing simplicity.
Strong Data Export Capabilities
We appreciate the straightforward one-click export functionality for contacts and pipeline leads, complemented by an API for custom exports. This makes data portability and backup processes remarkably simple.

Cons

Extremely Limited Functionality
We found the core functionality to be shockingly basic. The CRM lacks essential features like email automation, workflow automation, and meaningful analytics. For sales teams needing anything beyond basic contact management, this will be severely limiting.
No Marketing Capabilities
We discovered a complete absence of marketing functionality. The system lacks email automation, campaign management, and engagement tracking - forcing teams to rely entirely on third-party solutions for marketing operations.
Primitive Pipeline Management
We found the pipeline functionality to be woefully inadequate. Hidden under 'Reports', pipelines can only track leads (not deals), lack kanban views, and can't handle multiple deals per company - a major limitation for any serious sales operation.
Virtually Non-existent Reporting
Our testing revealed reporting capabilities to be almost useless. Beyond basic activity logs and task lists, the system offers no meaningful analytics for pipeline conversion or revenue tracking - a deal-breaker for data-driven teams.
Poor Integration Capabilities
We were frustrated by the limited integration options. With only 25 pre-built integrations and notable gaps in customer support, data enrichment, and analytics software connectivity, teams requiring a connected tech stack will find this CRM severely lacking.
