Outreach is a pure sales engagement tool that's focused on serving B2B enterprise businesses. In terms of outbound capabilities, it supports the core channels you'd expect such as email, phone and LinkedIn - however, from a lead sourcing front, you won't find any kind of native prospecting database included. Like Salesloft, it focuses heavily on offering class leading analytics, pipeline management and lead scoring features to separate it from the simpler all-in-one sales tools in the market. As such Outreach is best suited to larger businesses who already have a prospecting solution in place and are looking for a dedicated engagement tool.
