Salesroom goes beyond usng AI to extract data from meeting transcripts and surface insights for reps and managers, Salesroom leans into AI to provide real-time, in-call coaching for reps. The platform is aimed squarely at sales teams that have plenty of data, but have not seen the expected changes in their reps' behaviours. This may be from Sales Enablement / Training teams being overstretched, or lacking objectivity in training. We like the customizable flash cards, so your reps benefit from instant feedback on what they're doing well, and when/how to course-correct. We like the refreshingly clean interface and high-quality transcription. Notes, summaries and action items are concise and grounded. Uniquely you can hold video conferences within the platform and save the cost of a conferencing platform. A major limitation is that insights are at the conversation level, while other platforms surface insights from the history of conversations over a deal timeline.
