We were impressed by how Signeasy's focused approach to core e-signature features creates an exceptionally intuitive experience. The streamlined interface, particularly its pie chart report view for tracking document statuses, makes it perfect for users prioritizing simplicity.
Clean, Modern Interface Design
During our testing, we found the interface notably well-designed with a modern, clean aesthetic. The intuitive layout puts everything exactly where users expect to find it, while the straightforward drag-and-drop builder enhances the overall user experience.
Exceptionally Easy Setup Process
We found the onboarding process remarkably straightforward, allowing users to create their first eSignature document within minutes. Even more complex tasks like template setup and security configuration take just a couple of hours, making it ideal for teams seeking quick deployment.

Signeasy’s integration options are seriously lacking. It doesn’t connect with essentials like Salesforce, Slack, or Zapier, earning it one of the lowest integrability scores we’ve seen. Unless you’re willing to build custom API connections, you’re stuck with major workflow bottlenecks.

Poor Field Customization Options
We were frustrated by the platform's rigid field customization. There's no support for dropdowns, custom fields, formula fields, or conditional objects. This inflexibility is particularly problematic for businesses needing to create sophisticated document workflows with dynamic field behavior.
Basic Customer Support Structure
We found the support system disappointingly basic. With limited hours (1 PM - 10 PM GMT), no direct phone support, and response times up to 24 hours, teams requiring immediate assistance will find themselves frustrated. The reliance on a chatbot for initial support feels particularly inadequate for urgent issues.
Limited Export and Reporting Capabilities
