Organisations looking for a good AI note-taker should consider Spiky. It does what you'd expect - you can bring the bot into a video call or upload a file, and see high-level and detailed summaries of the transcript and pull out action items and sales framework insights. Paid tiers offer some revenue intelligence and sales team coaching but this is clunky compared with other products.

We found Spiky's core functionality to be disappointingly basic. During testing, it became clear that beyond being an AI note-taker, the platform struggles to deliver meaningful conversation intelligence capabilities that modern sales teams need.
Weak Sales Coaching Capabilities
The platform's approach to sales coaching is shockingly primitive. We discovered team hierarchies must be manually configured within Spiky, with no ability to sync from CRM, creating a high-friction experience for evolving sales teams.
