Key findings

ThriveSparrow delivers a comprehensive performance management suite with modern analytics and AI capabilities typically found in newer platforms. This product meets a lot of feature requirements, serving both small teams new to performance management and large enterprises consolidating their software.

Some key features are missing however, including 1:1s and feedback requests along with a very limited integration suite where users have to instead set up custom connections with their customer success manager.

In spite of a feature list falling short compared to some of the category leaders, ThriveSparrow's well executed user experience, leading platform customisability, and excellent customer support makes it a good challenger to the leaders in Lattice, 15Five, and Leapsome.

We found ThriveSparrow's support to be remarkably responsive and comprehensive. Their multi-channel approach includes instant chat support with 2-minute response times, expert escalation for complex queries, and proactive follow-ups from dedicated account managers.

We were impressed by ThriveSparrow's ability to visualize and connect individual goals to larger organizational targets. The platform excels at integrating with external project tracking tools, allowing teams to maintain goal alignment across multiple levels of the organization.

We found ThriveSparrow's 1:1 meeting functionality to be severely lacking. There's no dedicated mechanism for managers to track 1:1s separately from review cycles, nor can employees request meetings. This is particularly problematic for organizations prioritizing regular check-ins and continuous feedback.
Limited Integration Capabilities
ThriveSparrow's integration suite is disappointingly basic, with an integratability rating that barely passes our standards. Teams must rely on custom connections through customer success managers, which can slow implementation and limit automation possibilities.
Restricted Data Export Options
The platform's data export capabilities are frustratingly limited. While basic CSV and PDF exports are available, the restricted integration options make it challenging to maintain consistent data flow with other tools, particularly problematic for data-driven organizations.
No Lifecycle Surveys
